Eyeshadow Palette Wishlist

I don’t know about you guys but I swear that every time I’m trying to save for a something – such as my holiday which is now 4 weeks away – there’s concert tickets going onsale, Missguided and Boohoo have a sale, you get discount codes sent to you and the worst one of them all, your favorite makeup brand releases a new product. How is anyone supposed to save any money at all with all of this temptation around 😖.

In light of this I thought I’d put together a little wishlist of the eyeshadow palettes that I seriously am drooling over😍. I thought that this might satisfy my needs at this moment in time and possibly prevent me from making any irresponsible purchases😂😂😂.

Inglot Cosmetics Signature Collection Eyeshadow Palettes – If you are an Inglot fan you’ll already know how amazing their eyeshadows are. They’re super pigmented and so easy to blend what’s not to love about them? Not to mention that you can literally get any colour you want with the range that they have. They recently released their new Signature Collection and OH MY DAYS are they fab. The Berry and Candy palettes are my favorite. I love the cranberry tones in the Berry and pinky colours in the Candy palette. I think both palettes are perfect to create a day or night look, I really cannot wait to pick them up and give them a try😍. They retail @ €32 each and are available online here.

Makeup Revolution Ultra 32 Eyeshadow Palette Flawless 3 Resurrection – As you already know from my previous posts, I am a massive fan of the brand Makeup Revolution. I have so many of their eyeshadow (and blush) palettes already that I use all the time, they’re just so affordable and so pigmented it’s hard not to have so many😅. This palette caught my eye on my Insta feed and it’s definitely next on my list to try. The palette is all matte with warm tones that are just so stunning, the orangey tones I love in particular🤗. This palette retails at €11.50 and you can get this palette in Superdrug or online here👈.

Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette – Urban Decay have completely outdone themselves with this palette, I still can’t get over how pretty it is😭😭 I already have the Naked, Naked 2 and Naked 3 palettes, along with the Smoked, Gwen Steffani and the Vice palettes which are all just amazing.  Again I absolutely love the look of the warm burnty shades in this palette and can only imagine how gorgeous they are when swatched😮 This palette isn’t available in Ireland just yet but is due to be released in Ireland in the end of July, and when that day comes I plan to be top of the queue😏 The other Naked palettes were around the €50 mark so I’m guessing this one will be around the same.

Too Faced Cosmetics White Chocolate Palette – So Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Too Faced Cosmetics, Jerrod Blandino, dropped an absolute Chocolatey BOMB on Instagram today. He posted a sneaky peak of the new limited edition White Chocolate Palette and .. I am shook hunny 😳😳😳. I can’t even deal with the colours in it, there are some gorgeous shimmery shades along with some pinky peachy shades.. it all just looks amazing😍. I already have their Chocolate and Semi Sweet Chocolate palette, which I adore, they are so buttery AND they even smell like chocolate! What more could you want🤣🤣. Jerrod hashtagged black Friday and cyber Monday in his post so the guess is that this beauty will be released at the end of November/Christmas Time.

Makeup Revolution Ultra Shade & Light Palette

IMG_7505.JPG

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – the Makeup Revolution brand is incredible! I posted about their highlighters a few weeks ago – you can read it here – and raved about the brand. For this weeks Makeup Must Have Monday I decided to pick the Ultra Shade and Light Palette by Makeup Revolution. I know you are wondering, why did she pick this palette out of the 100 palettes she has. To be honest with you I don’t have an all time favourite eyeshadow palette because I just can’t pick one. I have so so many and I love each of them for different reasons so it is too hard to pick! (I am making them sound like people when I say it like this amn’t I? 🤣🤣).

But there are a few reasons why I picked this palette as a Makeup Must Have –

  1. It’s really affordable and doesn’t hurt your purse at only €11.00
  2. If you are new to make up and learning to do your eye makeup this palette is perfect because of the shade range and simplicity
  3. There are so many looks you can create with it
  4. It’s a dupe for the Kat Von D Shade and Light Palette
  5. The eyeshadows are so easy to blend and they’re extremely pigmented

I picked it up in Superdrug last year and just loved it from the minute I used it. I would use this palette if I want to do a nice warm smokey eye or if I just want to go for a simple matte neutral eye look. As I said above the eyeshadows are really pigmented so you don’t need to apply loads of product to achieve the colour you want. They are also really easy to blend so you don’t have to blend until your wrist starts to hurt. The brush that comes with it took me by surprise, it’s double ended with a rounded flat brush on one end and a small blending brush on the other. You could easily do your eyes with just this little brush – I did and I was impressed because I normally use about 6 different brushes when I do my img_7595eyes 🤣🤣.

Here is a warm smokey eye look I did using this palette – the glitter on top is from Collection 2000 which I did feature on Makeup Must Have Monday before – see here.

So if you are looking for a simple eyeshadow palette or a matte eyeshadow palette to create a number of different looks and that won’t hurt your purse- this is the one for you🤗.

As always, thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed this weeks Makeup Must Have Monday, if you have any questions please feel free to comment below.

Glow Baby Glow ✨✨

How did we ever take selfies without a bomb ass highlight?? I don’t know about you guys but I love finishing off every make up look with a highlight that could cut a b***h. Speaking of which, did you know that you can achieve this super slay highlighty glowy b***h cutting look for under €5.00? … tenner bets you didn’t 🙃.

For this weeks Makeup Must Have Monday I bring you the..

Makeup Revolution Highlighters ✨✨

These Highlighters are so pigmented and shimmery it’s just not even true! Makeup Revolution is already a brand that I really like, it’s really affordable and the products are amazing quality. I have loads of their eyeshadow palettes and they too are really pigmented and just amazing quality. I mean it’s not often that you come across amazing products that are pocket friendly.

Anyhoooo, the photo above, from left to right, these highlighters are called; Pink Lights, Golden Lights and Peach Lights. I have all three, I got the Golden and Pink Lights first, I picked them up in a chemist in Spain (either before I knew this brand was already available in Ireland or before it launched). I normally wear the Golden Lights one when I am going out because its really really shimmery. I tend to pair it with brown or nudey eyesimg_8194hadows.

Then the Pink Lights I like to wear if I wear a really dark eye. I think it kind of brightens up the look. I got the Peach Lights recently and this one I would wear to work or college, it’s my every day highlight as it is a little more subtle than the other two. It’s still really shimmery and gorgeous it’s just more of a day time highlight, I like to keep my make up subtle during the day! The best part about these Highlighters? They only cost €3.99! You can get them in Superdrug in the Square, or in some of the Bradley’s Pharmacy’s. I’ve noticed that a lot of the pharmacy’s are now stocking Makeup Revolution lately, my own local Pharmacy even has a small stand! Here are the links if you would like to pick them up online – img_8193

FYI: The Matte to Metallic girls are queens when it comes to Makeup Revolution, they always post amazing makeup looks using these products and host various masterclasses too. Defo worth a follow guys!❤️

Guys, thanks again for reading and wishing you all a fabulous New Year ❤️
